Winter days are shorter and the nights are longer, we wake up in the dark and come home from work in the dark and when it gets really cold we tend to stay inside.
Here are a few thoughts for thriving through those winter months:
- Remember to do something just for you: listening to music, stretching or meditating – something that lets you relax and focus on you!
- Wear something that makes you feel beautiful!
- Be active: exercise, walking (if it’s too cold outside a mall or museum will do nicely!), play your favorite song and dance or get a massage – anything that gets you moving!
These actions can help get rid of those winter blues and refocus yourself.
